DELIVERY & EXCHANGE

DELIVERY POLICY

- Inside Ho Chi Minh City:

Delivery inside Ho Chi Minh City will take 24 hours.

Shipping fee is calculated around 25k - 35k depending on different areas.

For every order from 800k, customers will receive a free gift from BLMDE.

- Outside Ho Chi Minh City:

Delivery outside Ho Chi Minh City will take 2-3 days.

Shipping fee is calculated from 40k (and above) depending on different areas and package weight.

In some unwanted circumstances (bad weather, broken vehicles, delivery service's fault...), shipping time can be later than expected.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only accept return if the item you've purchased is out of stock and no longer be manufactured, or the item is faulty due to our manufacture process.

Customer can exchange item within 7 days starting from the day the product is purchased and received from bloomode.com. The exchange item must be new, have no sign of use/fix/wash and still have the clothing tag attached. Moreover, customer must bring the receipt in order to exchange product. Otherwise, your exchange requirement is not accepted. 

The exchange process will be done after we receive the product in our storage. We will start examine the product condition then help customer to exchange, following some conditions stated at part II of this policy.

DIFFERENT EXCHANGE CIRCUMSTANCES

  1. Exchange due to customer's preference

In case customer doesn't like the product received, we don't accept return, we only accept exchanging for another product which has the same or higher price value. In this case, customer should pay for the different levels between 2 products.

All items purchased from bloomode.com can be exchanged within 7 days of receive. We only accept exchange for items that have the same new condition, shopping receipt from bloomode.com and have no sign of use, including:

The package is not tear.

All accessories are not missing.

No sign of dirt, scratches, breakage, smell of washing.

Notice: Any items that are not matched with the above conditions will automatically be sent to the customer's order address.

  1. Exchange NOT due to customer's preference

The package is broken or missing:

If customer receive the package of faulty products or missing any items, please take a photo of the package and email us for further assistance.

After 48 hours of receiving the package, we can deny to assist any problem may have occurred. 

Exchange process

For customer inside Ho Chi Minh City, please bring the product you want to exchange to Room 38, 2nd Floor, Apartment 42 Ton That Thiep, Ward Ben Nghe, District 1.

For customer outside of Ho Chi Minh City please ship the product to the address mentioned above to return/exchange.

Refund Method

Depending on the exchange reason and the result after examine the products at our storage, there are some refund method we offer:

Bank transfer to customer.

Product is faulty due to Bloomode manufacture process.

Exchange for same type of product.

Refund for customer via bank transfer.

For order purchased by international credit card, we will apply refund method to the card's owner.
